- Always on the run with three kids, a husband and a busy household, I rely on Beachbody to keep me fit and healthy. Beachbody had such an impact on my life it inspired me to help others with their personal journeys. As much as I have benefited from Beachbody exercise programs and meal plans, being a coach has been even more rewarding. As a busy wife and mother of three, I had very little time for myself.
