- Always on the run with three kids, a husband and a busy household, I rely on Beachbody to keep me fit and healthy. Beachbody had such an impact on my life it inspired me to help others with their personal journeys. As much as I have benefited from Beachbody exercise programs and meal plans, being a coach has been even more rewarding. As a busy wife and mother of three, I had very little time for myself. After a few intense personal struggles, I was at an emotional low point and I knew I need to make a healthy change. Enter Beachboy. With an exercise regimen I could follow (with workouts I could do in just 25 minutes!) and a specific meal plan to follow, I have transformed myself both mentally and physically. The combination of exercise and nutrition, along with support from my family and fellow Beachbody-ers, had a tremendous impact on me and I am proud to be able to pay it forward and help others achieve a healthier life.
